PRESS PASS REQUIREMENTS

All press (new & returning) must request a credential annually. No entry without an official UFO Conference pass.

For best results, submit at least two weeks before the event.

Option 1 (Recommended): Complete the online form.

Important Notes for Approved Press

Show ID at registration to pick up your official conference pass.
Sit/stand only in designated areas at the back (30 ft from stage telephoto lenses recommended).
Videography / Photography allowed (no flash).
